{"id":6378,"date":"2025-04-15T09:03:05","date_gmt":"2025-04-15T09:03:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/23547798491.thesite.link\/cosmosconsulting\/case-study\/psifiako-themelio\/"},"modified":"2025-04-15T13:12:28","modified_gmt":"2025-04-15T13:12:28","slug":"psifiako-themelio","status":"publish","type":"case-study","link":"https:\/\/23547798491.thesite.link\/cosmosconsulting\/en\/case-study\/psifiako-themelio\/","title":{"rendered":"Digital Foundation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Agreement dated 2\/7\/2015 between the Special Research Fund Account of Panteion University and the Contractor Cosmos Business Systems SA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cDigital Foundation\u201d of Panteion University: Electronic Management of Daily Operations and Provision of One-Stop Electronic Services<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Project Scope<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project scope was the development of electronic procedures and the provision of outbound digital services to members of the academic community (faculty members, students, administrative staff) and suppliers of the University, taking into account the most modern access methods with emphasis and the rules of safe use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project also aimed to upgrade and strengthen the internal procedures of the University with methods that will facilitate the submission of bids by suppliers, reducing the management times of the respective procedures while simultaneously organizing the funding management framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The project specified a total of 34 digital services that were implemented through the development of the following subsystems:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Subsystem-1: Digital Services Portal for Students and Faculty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsystem-2: Administrative and Financial Services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsystem-3: Electronic Protocol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsystem-4: Workflow Management and Document Management System<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Subsystem-5: Project Management of the Special Research Fund Account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All digital services are provided through cloud services hosted at the facilities of the National Research and Technology Network (NRTN).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Project Agreement dated 2\/7\/2015 between the Special Research Fund Account of Panteion University and the Contractor Cosmos Business Systems SA<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":6302,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false},"case-study-category":[27],"class_list":["post-6378","case-study","type-case-study","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","case-study-category-public-sector"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.8.1 -
